Robin can be considered one of the early pioneers of the use of anthropological thought and ethnographic research for research and innovation in the UK. He has founded a multiple award winning research agency, worked across all sectors with multi-nationals, governments and the 3rd sector, and has recognised expertise in understanding Chinese culture and consumers, as well as working with ‘hard to reach’ populations locally and internationally to uncover new insights.

Based in Singapore, Anupam is an Associate Director with the National University of Singapore’s School of Continuing and Lifelong Education, exploring the future of work, skills and education. Anupam was recognized as one of India’s leading urban innovators by Metropolis, World Association of Major Metropolises in “Indian Cities: Managing Urban Growth”. In 2017, was invited by the Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities to join the World Cities Summit Young Leaders community
Of inquisitive profile and with a social sciences background, Angela has spent almost a decade dedicated to the observation of people and the context in which they live. Specialising in analysing behaviour and social change she help brands find opportunities to improve their game. Angela is interested in contributing, through her work, to organizations having a positive impact on society. And she likes to be part and contribute to a happy and productive work environment
Don is a Senior Partner, Kantar Consulting where he helps brands and businesses anticipate and shape their future. In his time with Ipsos, The Futures Company and previously at Social Technologies and the Ernst & Young Centre for Business Innovation, Don has supported many organisations in the areas of innovation and future strategy.
Cornelia Daheim is founder and head of Future Impacts Consulting. Since 2000, she has been in charge of foresight projects for corporations and public sector customers, mainly in Europe, the US and Asia, and has previously led Z_punkt The Foresight Company as managing partner
Stephen is co-founder of Aging2.0 and CEO of Fordcastle. Based in San Francisco, he is a leading thinker on the application of new technologies and was previously Senior Manager in Business Development for Nokia where he led corporate strategy programmes to identify new areas of growth.
Alka is the Founder of Roads Ahead Consulting, an Innovation, Leadership Development & Foresights company based in Mumbai. Her mission is to make these areas relevant and simple for individuals and teams. She has lived and worked across India, Singapore and Zurich, with experience across a host of diverse organizations & industries, including multinationals, local companies, start-ups and NGOs.
Hamsini is an experienced consumer insights researcher, semiotician and brand strategy consultant. Prior to starting up Leapfrog, a leading brand strategy firm and co-founding Semiofest, a global semiotics event company, she was VP Strategy & Planning at JWT. She has led studies on socio-cultural change in India for leading global companies, identifying the mega-trends for 2025.
Neal founded leapSTONE, which specialises in strategic design management and service design innovation – helping organisations unlock innovation using the power of effective design. He is based in London and a fellow of the RSA and visiting lecturer at the Royal College of Art. Neal was formerly the Head of Design for British Airways where among other projects, he led the design of the world’s first flat beds in business class (Club World).
